SCW 1632-350Rレーザーダイオードモジュールは、14ピンバタフライパッケージの高出力1625nm RWG F/Pレーザーダイオードです。

レーザーダイオードはSMFファイバピグテールに結合されており、冷却器と温度感知サーミスタを含んでいます SCW 1632-350Rは、高ピークパルス出力が要求される光学試験装置向けに開発されています。本製品はRoHS準拠です。
