SCW 1731F-D40Rレーザーダイオードモジュールは、14ピンDILパッケージの1650nm Al RWG DFBレーザーです。

SMFファイバピグテールに光学的に結合され冷却器、温度感知サーミスタを含んでいます。高いピークパルスが求められる光測定機器向けに設計されています。
本製品はRoHS準拠です。
